The government had previously agreed about the corporation’s suggestions about capital raising methods. The total length of the road was 121 kilometres, including three bridges and two underground highway tunnels. This will be the first highway in Viet Nam to use cement concrete structures at maximum level in order to bring in high effectiveness.
