The three centers will assist each other in manpower development, especially in property brokerage and evaluation, said Tinnghia Land director Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong. The centers have invested in many large realty projects in the province.
The southern province has nearly 260 real estate projects underway, said Dong Nai Province’s vice chairman Tran Minh Phuc. The cooperation, Phuc said, will help develop the local realty market and keep authorities abreast of changes on the market.
Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tran Nam during the signing ceremony presented a license to Tinnghia Land for providing property brokerage, evaluation, and business training.
Vietnam has over 220 realty trading centers in Hanoi, HCMC, and provinces with a strong economy such as Dong Nai, Nam said.
Tinnghia Land was established by the State-run Tin Nghia Co. while Donaland and Sonadezi are run by Dong Nai General Services and Agriculture Cooperative and Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone, respectively.
