The project is being financed by the Hai Dang Investment Joint Stock Company, which was founded by six financially potential stakeholders including the PetrolVietnam Finance Group (PVFC), Sai Gon Trading Group, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation, PVFC Land Company, PVFC Investment and Finance Consulting Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, and the Dai Hai Investment Joint Stock Company.
The buildings, which will be built on a site of 6,500 square metres in Le Thanh Ton street, 150 metres from the beach. It will be designed the Laud Achitects company from Singapore after the company won the competition to design the complex which included 12 other domestic and foreign architects.
The two 36-storey towers will be the highest buildings in Nha Trang and will include a hotel, a shopping centre, a recreation centre, and offices and houses for rent. The 150-metre-high buildings will have 400 apartments, 250 five-star hotel rooms, 10,000 m2 of premier office space and a 15,000-m2 creation centre plus a commercial and cultural centre. On the occasion, the Hai Dang Investment Joint Stock Company, granted 3 gratitude houses, worth VND 60 million, to the mountain district of Dien Khanh.
