Its survey, conducted in November 2009 and titled Private Equity - viewpoints and investment prospects also said that 67 percent of those surveyed believed that Vietnam is more attractive than other investment destinations. The results of this survey are higher than those of the April 2009 survey with only 36 percent reporting a positive outlook.

Whats more he said, the domestic economys consistent growth in the current unstable global investment period proves that Vietnam is providing opportunities to investors while other economies are not.
Investors said that health, pharmaceutical products and retail sales are attractive sectors. However, the survey also pointed out hindrances to investment in Vietnam, saying that 95 percent of investors consider the current infrastructure an obstacle and 77 percent consider access to loans a difficulty in the current environment.
