| Exhibitions to mark 65th anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army |

12/10/2009 9:59:52 AM The Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will jointly organise an exhibition from December 15-20 to mark the 65th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 20th anniversary of All People National Defence’s Day in the northern city of Thai Nguyen. The exhibition showcases the Vietnam People’s Army’s contribution to the common cause of national defence and construction. Another exhibition, Viet Bac 2009 will draw the participation of nearly 200 domestic and foreign businesses. Both events offer an excellent chance for those involved in the military sector to promote their products and services to the organisers and sponsors. They also help the military enterprise to seek partners and investors. Along with the two events, there will be some social and cultural activities, including free medical check-ups for 300-500 people in the former Viet Bac revolutionary base and distribution of 300 gifts to poor households. |
