| Ministry of Construction to remove five administrative procedures |

3/10/2010 8:56:20 PM Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan has signed Decision No. 250/QD-BXD announced removal of five administrative procedures on application of standard construction for foreign construction activities in Vietnam, published in Decision No. 838/QD-BXD on August 12, 2009 the Minister announced construction of the administrative procedures under its management function of this ministry. In late 2009, the Ministry of Construction has also eliminated 18 administrative procedures under its State management function of the Ministry of Construction. According to group of administrative procedures reform of Ministry of Construction, in total 14 priority administrative procedures in building the team TTHC on licensing procedures for construction of 12 should be even stronger reforms to create conditions for People, businesses to apply for a building permit. |
