August 13, 2012, the Ministry of Finance shall prescribe the license fee established representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam Circular 133/2012/TT-BTC .
According to the provisions of Circular No. 73/1999/TT- dated 06.14.1999, in case new level is VND 1,000,000 / license case has been licensed, application for extension of time activities do not have to pay fees, but under the new regulations in Circular 133/2012/TT-BTC dated 08.13.2012, for the case of new is 3,000,000 / license, when granted, modified amendment, renewal fees would be 1,500,000 / license.
