| New urban area for Hanoi | |
Hanoi municipal People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 4460/QĐ-UBND allocating 58,577 m2 of land in Ha Dong district’s Phu Luong, Phu La and Kien Hung wards for a new urban housing project.
The three main contractors involved in the 36ha project will be the Trung Viet Construction Investment JSC, Song Da 2 JSC and the Hong Quang Construction JSC. The city authorities have assigned the relevant agencies and departments to guide the contractors in performing their contracted duties. The project is expected to contribute to forming a new modern urban area with advanced and synchronised infrastructure that will meet the demands of the city’s socio-economic development over the coming years. | |
