The statement was made by Trade and Industry Department’s Investment and Industry Promotion Director Charles Manual at an investment promotion forum held recently in South Africa.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Vietnam Ambassador to South Africa, Le Huy Hoang affirmed the Vietnamese Party and State’s consistent policy of facilitating stable and successful operations of foreign investors. He expressed his wish that South African investors will further increase investment in Vinh Phuc as well as in Vietnam.
During the forum, Vinh Phuc provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman Pham Van Vong briefed participants about the province’s business and investment environment.
Laurence Saville, President of Johannesburg’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized that the chamber will be a companion of Vietnamese businesses on the path to conquer the African markets.
They also said they want to serve as a reciprocating bridge for South African enterprises to penetrate the ASEAN and Asian markets.
