Work starts on USD 18 mil Faucet Plant in Central Vietnam

Danang Urban and Industrial Zones Development Joint - Stock Company and Japan-invested Shimizu Corporation on February 16 kicked off construction on an USD 18 million to produce water faucet in central Viet Nam.

The factory, which has an annual capacity of one million products, is located at Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park in Quang Nam province.

The 70,000 square meter plant is expected to be operational by the end of this year and generate some 500 jobs.

Shimizu Corporation is a comprehensive design-build firm that provides a wide range of services - from site selection and planning to construction and maintenance.
