The project was funded by Petrosetco General Services Joint Stock Corporation – a member of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN).

Nguyen Huu Thanh, CEO of Petrosetco, said at the ceremony that the 12-storey building was completed after more than a year of construction to meet the demand of PVN specialists and the local people.

Six storeys are reserved for high-end apartments, two for rented office space, one for a 300-seat convention centre, one for banking and financial services, one for bars and restaurants, and one for other support services.
