4/25/2009 11:40:00 AM (Dated Aug 30th 2008) Vietnam Ministry of Construction in Ha Hoi passed circular on guide of charter capital definition for real estate business transaction. Traders, who want to make a real estate business registration and to do any transactions, must have at least registered VND 6 billion (equal to USD 400.000). Meanwhile, enterprises that have had real asset trading licenses, must increase charter capital up to VND 6 billion in order to keep on trading in this field. |
