Accordingly, the consortium of 3 investors Siemens Energy, KG Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 have just sent a document to Ha Tinh departments and agencies to propose an investment of 4.59 billion USD. to do Vung Ang 3 power plant project in Vung Ang Economic Zone.

This group of investors had a meeting with the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province to discuss about the project in April 2021. According to the report, based on comments from agencies in Ha Tinh province, the consortium of investors has submitted a pre-feasibility study report for the project in writing.
