The Office of the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee has just announced the conclusion of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Ho Quang Buu in the meeting on the detailed construction planning plan (1/500 scale) of the infrastructure business investment project. Tam Anh Industrial Park 1 (Industrial Park Vietnam).

Previously, the Government signed a decision on investment policy in an investment project to build and trade in infrastructure of Tam Anh - An An Hoa industrial park (Nui Thanh district). The total estimated investment capital of the project is VND 1,540 billion, of which the investor’s contributed capital is VND 462 billion, with a land use scale of 435.8 hectares. The objective of the project is to invest, build and trade in infrastructure (Industrial Park Vietnam).

After listening to Chu Lai Floating Glass Joint Stock Company - CFG report on the detailed construction planning plan (1/500 scale), Mr. Ho Quang Buu asked the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to accept opinions of the units attending the meeting to coordinate and guide Chu Lai Floating Glass Joint Stock Company - CFG to complete the planning project and related documents and procedures; organize appraisal and approval according to regulations.

Note on planning criteria must ensure that the criteria for building eco-industrial parks are consistent with the National Technical Regulation on Construction Planning No. QCVN 01:2021/BXD, the criteria specified in Decree No. 82/2018/ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 of the Government, the set of criteria for planning and investing in industrial parks and ecological industrial clusters in the province is being presided over by the Department of Industry and Trade; According to the direction, green land (excluding trees in factories) must ensure at least 15% of the entire industrial park, green land in factories requires at least 20% of the factory’s plot area.

Regarding traffic, Mr. Ho Quang Buu asked to study a solution to connect traffic with the main road (the road connecting the main road connecting Chu Lai Truong Hai Auto Industrial Park to Tam Anh Industrial Park) under the project. General planning of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone to connect traffic of the industrial park and facilitate the travel of workers working in factories.
