At the meeting, the representative of the Department of Transport of Binh Phuoc province informed more about the construction project of the city highway. Ho Chi Minh - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh will be built in the near future.

Accordingly, on March 1, 2016, the expressway was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 326/QD-TTg, 69km long with the starting point at Binh Phuoc intersection and the end point being Chon Thanh district. It is expected to build from 6 to 8 lanes, complete in 2030 with a total cost of over 24 trillion VND.
