My Trung was established according to Decision No. 1713/TTg-CN dated on October 25th 2006 of Prime Minister

Status: infrastructure was finished, under operation.

Detail planning was approved and revised at Decision No. 3040/QD- UBND dated on December 31st 2010 by Nam Dinh PPC

Technical infrastructure: 

- Comprehensive technical and social infrastructure

- Power supply system: 110 KV and 220 KV power line

- Sewerage system: being a comprehensive system with colecting culverts along the transport lines, connecting with water treatment station for treating to level A according to Viet Nam’s standard QCVN 40:2001/BTNMT before discharging into environment
