The land will be provided at altitude of 1.85m and the designed altitude for construction is 2.2m.The flooding altitude in Long An is 1.45m with probability ratio of 1%. So, the land is currently 0.45m above the 100 year flooding level after filling-up the land.

Electricity Company and currently promoting 110Kv power line for DUC HOA III - RESCO IP.
▪ 1 current local grid of 22 kV, capacity 40+63MVA, by Long An Electricity Company (EVN’s affiliate)
▪ 1 national grid of 110 kV, by Trang Bang – Duc Hoa power line which will be operated end of 2012. In 2013, DARESCO is going to build a transformer 110/22kV, capacity 1x25+1x40MVA
+ Note:
The 3 peak months in 2011 were May, June and July due to the drought which caused lack of electricity for the whole country. In these 3 months, there were 3 scheduled shut down days but for maintaining the power supply system only.
The electricity is supplied with priority for DUC HOA III - RESCO IP. Most of the time the electricity were shut down in schedule, only with the unexpected problem, the electricity was shut down without notification. In the peak 3 months in 2012, there were no black out day.
o From Phu My Vinh Long An Water Supply JSC, capacity 15.000m3/day & night
o From Kenh Dong Long An Water Treatment Plant, capacity of first period is 40.000m3/day & night.
The sustainable pressure for water is 2.5 – 3kg/cm2.
Restriction on water consumption: The water can be consumed in the whole year. There is no restriction on water consumption
Design capacity: 10.000 m3/day
The requirement to have a waste water treatment on site is depended on the quality of wastewater. The customer’s discharged waste water is required to meet level B of Vietnam waste water treatment standards and then level B waste water will be discharged to DUC HOA III - RESCO IP waste water treatment plant to treat to level A waste water before discharging to the environment.
▪ If, the customer’s discharged waste water already meets level B of Vietnam waste water treatment standards; so, there is not required to have a waste water treatment plant on site.
▪ If, the customer’s discharged waste water dose not meet level B of Vietnam waste water treatment standards; so, there is required to have a waste water treatment plant on site.

• Communication system in Duc Hoa III – RESCO Industrial Park is allowed to connect to Long An Telecommunication network.
• Its local system will be a telephone cable network with estimated subscription of 2,223, meeting sufficient requirements on telecommunication service in the industrial park.
