Mr. Huy is an independent consultant in the field of business and foreign direct investment into Vietnam, especially in location survey with stringent requirements on the investors infrastructure - technical and social.
Mr. Huy has worked at the Trade Promotion and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City , then he got promoted as a deputy director of Vietnam House in Singapore (This is the Investment Promotion Agency Vietnam's first department in a foreign country, is decided by the Prime Minister).
