The Application For Investment License (Apply for the investment license & Post license)

1. Registration for investment certificate (7 days from the completed document day)

Legal entity investment

a- The application for investment certificate: 2 copies in English and 2 copies in Vietnamese.

b- The charter of the new company : 2 copies in English , 2 copies in Vietnamese.

c- * Letter of bank reference of mother company to prove the contributed charter capital (1original copy).

d- * Financial reports of the of mother company in the last two years (original or notarized copy).

e- Layout of the factory (1 original copy).

g- Passport of representative of mother company (copy)

h- Brochure of the products of mother company (1-2 copies).

Note:

a,b: BECAMEX will provide templates, Investor will supply information and sign in every pages.

Article c & d are alternative in case the investor is unable to prove the financial capacity at Artilce c.

Personal investment

a- The application for investment certificate : 2 copies in English and 2 copies in Vietnamese.

b- The charter of the new company: 2 copies in English, 2 copies in Vietnamese.

c- Letter of bank reference of investor (1 original copy)

d- Layout of the factory (1 original copy) e- Passport of investor (copy)

Note:

a,b : BECAMEX will provide templates, Investor will supply information and sign in every pages

2. Registration for seal (7 days from the applied document day)

a- The letter of attorney authorizes Becamex staff to go to police department for seal certification)

b- Investment certificate (notarized copy)

c- Passport of investor (copy)

d- ID of Becamex staff (copy)

Note:

a : Becamex will prepare templates, investor sign in every page

b, c, d : person in charge will prepare necessary documents

3. Registration for tax code & Import-export code (after getting the seal) (7 days from the applied document day)

a- Application for registering tax code (1 original copy)

b- Application to receive tax code at tax office (1 original copy)

c- Investment certificate (1 notarized copy)

Note:

Becamex will prepare templates, investor signs

a: The template will be the forms from the Tax bureau

b: In case the investor does not want to receive the Tax code by mail.

4. Registration for accounting system

a- Application to register chief accountant (labour contract, decision of appointment, degree/certificate of chief accountant) – notarized copy

b- Application to register accounting regulations

Note:

Becamex will guide investor to work directly with the Tax bureau.

The the investor will contact directly with the Foreign Investment Department of Binh Duong Tax Bureau.
