Payment method
- Signing the Land Lease Agreement. Paying deposit
equivalent to 40% of total rental within 03 to 05 days
after signing the Land Lease Agreement.
- Within 30 days after signing the Land Sub-lease Agreement, The investors have to submit the Application for Investment Certificate and other concerned documents in accordance with Vietnam laws.
- If the Application for Investment is :
1. Approved: carry out for the next step.
2. Rejected: refund deposit without interest. Both parties shall be out of mutually benefits and obligations.
- The Lessee shall sign the Land-Sublease Contract within 05 days from the date of Investment approved by Relevant Authorities.
- The Lessee shall pay 40% of total rental within 05 days after signing the Land Sublease Contract.
- Within 05 days after handing over the land, the Lessee shall pay 20% of remaining rental (or delayed payment within 2 years and bear the interest rate of 12% per year based on the remaining rental by USD).
