- Tính toán, thiết kế ,và triển khai bản vẽ thiết kế cho sản phẩm, khuôn, gá, dưỡng theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật và qui trình sản xuất 

- Khảo sát yêu cầu của khách hàng để chọn phương án thiết kế và lập tiến độ công việc

- Triển khai phương án sơ phác, bản vẽ sơ phác và triển khai bản vẽ cơ sở

- Soạn thuyết minh phương án thiết kế

- Lập dự toán cho sản phẩm

- Kiểm tra, phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất và chất lượng để điều chỉnh thiết kế, nếu có

- Làm việc với khách hàng về sản phẩm; Cung cấp hồ sơ thiết kế cho khách hàng và nhận phản hồi; lưu trữ hồ sơ thiết kế theo đúng quy định công ty

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận sản xuất và bộ phận chất lượng trong giai đoạn chuẩn bị sản xuất để hạn chế sai xót phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất

- Tư vấn kỹ thuật về mảng kỹ thuật sản phẩm cho khách hàng.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học, chuyên ngành cơ khí chế tạo máy

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm 

- Đọc hiểu vẽ kỹ thuật 

- Sử dụng thành thạo Ms Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works; Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống ERP

- Có khả năng trình bày, giải trình thiết kế với khách hàng

- Thành thạo tiếng Anh để gởi đi đào tạo ở nước ngoài

- Khả năng tìm hiểu và nắm bắt các kỹ thuật mới 

- Tính toán chính xác, cẩn thận.

- Có thể linh hoạt xử lý các tình huống thực tế 

POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager in our factory producing electrical heaters for outside Automotive rear view mirrors heaters (app. 60-70 people).

The GM of the factory will be a member of NIBE Element /Calesco Automotive Asia senior management team www.calescofoil.se and report to factory management CALESCO Asia, China.

The person’s duties will be to operate our factory and have complete responsibility of processes such as order handling and order confirmation, planning (material and factory), purchase (from group approved suppliers),production engineering, production, shipping, customs clearance, recruitment and human resources and etc.

Suitable personal profile:

Male/female OK.

Age 30-40.

Good English skills required in speaking, reading and writing

Conversational skills in Mandarin appreciated

# University education in engineering, minimum Bachelor level.

# Previous experience of preferably Automotive or Appliance component production as production manager, production department manager etc.

# Genuine interest in production issues and production management according modern principles of lean production with high quality requirements.

# Know-how about the principles of ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000 and other relevant standards.

# International or cross cultural experience necessary either during education or work.

# Accept to live in proximity of our factory in HCMC area.

# Be prepared to travel abroad to China for app. 2-3 months training and after that China / overseas as the job requires for meetings and customer visits app. 2-4 times per year.

Salary level:

We are prepared to offer candidate a starting salary 32 M VND (*13) per month, with annual salary adjustment and will offer an additional bonus possibility based on achieved operating profit from year 3 of operation.

The primary function of the role is to assist the General Manager in financial management and compliance of the company by providing strong leadership and developing short and long term plans ensuring optimum performance and efficiency. You ethics and integrity must be of the highest standard.

The role of Purchasing Manager is a senior appointment to the management team. The Group has been operating for more than twenty years. The factory will fabricate heating components for automotive industries.

The primary function of the role is to assist the General Manager in the sourcing of approved raw materials and components by providing strong leadership and developing short and long term plans ensuring optimum performance and efficiency.

Your role will include:

· To identify and manage key suppliers across a range of raw materials, components, packaging etc.

· Manage supplier relationships, reviewing existing suppliers and sourcing new supplier partners across the global and local supply markets

· Developing key purchasing strategies across the categories, ensuring that supplier base becomes key business partners as the business further develops, and supply chain integrity and material availability is maintained

· Ensure margins are maintained and increased as appropriate and manage costs and budgets

· Ensure stocking levels are maintained at the agreed levels

· Other responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of records including inventory, assisting in the development of tools, forms etc in order to increase company efficiency and risk management. The role will require consistent and reliable outcomes measurable in quality control and efficient purchasing practices.
