Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation is established on 24 October 2005 for a 50 year operation.

Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park is invested by the Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation under control of Vietnam rubber group contributed the following members:
- Vietnam Rubber Group : 35%
- Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company: 35%
- Rubber Construction Real Estate & Investment Joint Stock Company : 20%
- Rubber Basic Construction Company : 10%

Where Tenants will be offered with a reliable and comprehensive infrastructure, the prepared industrial land parcels, the standardized built factory houses at low prices, etc to ensure having smooth operations for a short term or a long term within a fifty year period of leasing by Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park via developing its own fresh water supply, electronic power plant and sewerage treatment plant, and telecommunications, counting from the industrial park’s initiation in 2005.
