Power supply
The National grid
The total demand for power supply is 112,845.80 kVA ~ 112.84 MVA.
- 110/22kV station: Thien Ke station runs along TL310B road, with a capacity of 2x63 MVA.
- National electricity system 110/22 kV at stations, capacity of 2x63MVA, 1000KVA, 400KVA, 50KVA to supply electricity to the area; 35kv, 22kv and 0.4 KV power networks follow the sidewalks of the roads to provide the owners with lighting.
- Electricity price: based on the electricity selling price of Northern Electricity Joint Stock Company
Standby power plant
Water supply
- The water supply network is available on several routes with pipe diameters of 110-160-280mm. Water supply pipes use HDPE pipes. At some junctions, three-door fire hydrants are installed.
- Total capacity is 14,000m³/day and night.

- The water supply system is installed to the base of the factory fence
Sewage treatment plant
- Waste water from the factory is collected and treated with appropriate technology according to production characteristics to ensure that it meets the input wastewater quality standards of the Industrial Park; connect to the wastewater collection system of the Industrial Park and lead to the centralized wastewater treatment station, with a total capacity of 15,000m3 per day and night (divided into 3 modules, with a capacity of 5,000m3/module) for further treatment. - The wastewater treatment system has been built and fully transferred to the industrial park to operate with a 24/7 operating frequency
Internet
Fiber optic network provided by VNPT, Viettel, FPT in Vinh Phuc is fully connected (underground) to factories
Telecommunication
- All telecommunications equipment is provided synchronously according to international standards provided and installed by major domestic ISPs such as Vietnam Telecommunications Group VNPT, Viettel, FPT, EVN... .
- Total communication needs are approximately 2,300 lines.
