Vie-Pan Techno Park Japanese Enterprises found out the new invest opportunities

After one working week at full pressure with success results, on 30/10/2013, The Promotion Delegation in Japan led by Mr. Vu Van Hoa – Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing & Industrial Zones Authority (Hepza) had completed their projected working program with the high success results.
All the promotion workshops had been organized during for days on 22, 23, 26 & 29/10 in fours big cities Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka and Tokyo Capital which attracted over 500 Japanese Enterprises who had oriented to invest abroad participated in these workshops.
According to The Promotion Delegation Leader’s Assessment: The promotion campaign in Japan had well completed their projected mission and goal. The Enterprises who attended in workshops were over our estimated quantities. Those Enterprises were keenly interested in finding out the following issues: the incentive policies on taxes, leasing prices, factory locations, satisfying capacity on the infrastructure system and human resources ……all those were confirmed that the establishment of the Vie - Pan Techno Park in Ho Chi Minh City is timely and practical action aiming at to meet the ready built factory demand for leasing to Japanese Medium and small Enterprises (SMEs) who work in the filed of supporting Industry.
Through the workshops and direct transaction with those Japanese investors and all of those showed that the Japanese current abroad investment wave is an inevitable trend, it will solve their internal difficult economic issues such as high cost production, more and more scarce human resources, adding with double disasters of earthquake and Tsunami happened with full destroyed two years ago that forced all Japanese Enterprises must invest to abroad countries in which Viet Nam in general and Ho chi Minh City in particularly where would be their ideal investment destinations.
