Department of Oongko Bồrêy District, Takeo Province, Kingdom of Cambodia to visit and exchange together the experiences on the fighting against the organized crimes, crimes in the industrial Zones and application the advanced science and technology achievements in struggling to fight against those organized crimes in Nha Be District, and then this Delegation also visit and  work with the leaders and staffs of Hiep Phuoc industrial park Joint stock Company (HIPC), accompanying with this Delegation , there are  leaders and staffs of the Department of Police of Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Be District. 

During the time in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, this Delegation visited  the infrastructure system of Hiep Phuoc IP (HIPC)  and The Sai Gon Premium container Terminal (SPCT). Mr. Vuong Huu Man, GeneralDeputy Director of HIPC reported to the Delegation the establishment and development situations of the HIPC and its contribution to the Ho Chi Minh City’s economic development in the particular and to the Mekong River Delta area in general as well as HIPC is the ideal destination and development opportunity for all the Investors domestically or international wide. Besides, Mr. Man also reported to the Delegation the good and closely coordinations with the forces of police, security, traffic police, firefighting police …  of Nha Be District  in order to guarantee  and  keep the good public order, traffic safety and explosive prevention in Hiep Phuoc industrial Park. On behalf this Delegation, Major  Monl Houn expressed his gratitude to thank  a lot to organizations and units who created the favor conditions  to Delegation for visiting and exchanging  so much valued experiences in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Be District and  Hiep Phuoc industrial Park Joint stock Company.
