Phase 1: 30% value of lease contract
a. Stage 1: within 10 working days from the signing date of Land Lease Agreement , making the payment of 10% of the total rental;
b. Stage 2: within 10 working days from the date that the lessee is granted Investment Certificate: another 10%;
c. Stage 3: within 10 working days from the signing date of Land Lease Contract: 10% payment.
Phase 2: 70% value of the land lease contract may be paid under the following forms:
• One-time Payment: within 20 working days after the two sides signed Handover Record of Rented Land.
• Partial Payment: making payment over 7 years, 10% value each year, the interest rate of 8% annum.
• Annual Payment : the annual payment is paid until the lease expired, interest rate of 8% annum.
