Date: 4/25/2009 11:40:00 AM
Work on the highway section to connect Ho Chi Minh City with Trung Luong T-junction will be completed on December 31, the Ministry of Transport announced recently.

The ministry said it will report to the Prime Minister new deadlines for finishing several delayed road segments connected to the highway due to late ground clearance and complicated geological conditions.

The HCMC-Trung Luong highway section is a part of 61.9-kilometer long HCMC-Can Tho Highway project running from Cho Dem intersection in Binh Chanh District, HCMC to Than Cuu Nghia intersection in Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province.
