The project has a total investment capital of 150 million USD on an area of ​​over 50 hectares, divided into two implementation phases. Phase 1 is expected to invest 100 million USD and put into operation from May 2026. Phase 2 with 50 million USD will focus on completing machinery, infrastructure and operating from February 2028.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Van Hung, Head of the Tay Ninh Economic Zone Management Board, emphasized the importance of the project to the local economy. "We expect the project to open up many job opportunities, stabilize income for local workers and become a driving force for the socio-economic development of Tay Ninh in the future. The management board is committed to accompanying businesses and providing maximum support for the project to be implemented on schedule."

 

Global Hantex factory will focus on producing high-quality knitted fabrics and garment accessories such as collars, sleeves, braids, straps, etc. with an expected capacity of 300 million meters of fabric/year and 145 million accessories/year.

 

As one of the attractive destinations for foreign investors in Tay Ninh, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park continuously welcomes large FDI projects. By the end of 2024, this industrial park has attracted nearly 60 projects from domestic and foreign enterprises, mainly in the fields of rubber, tire, plastic, mechanical, metal processing, garment and food manufacturing.

 

With the advantage of being the largest industrial park in the province, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park currently has about 300 hectares of land available for lease. This area is expected to increase significantly when the industrial park implements phase 3, adding 394 hectares of clean land fund.

 

In addition to industrial land, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park also provides flexible investment models such as ready-built factories and built-to-order factories, meeting the diverse needs of businesses. Currently, the occupancy rate of the factory system here has reached over 80%, promoting the plan to expand more modern warehouses in the near future.
