Russell 20-20 representatives explore investment opportunities

Sixty chairmen and CEOs from financial institution members of the Russell 20-20 Association have met representatives of 30 large economic groups in Vietnam to inquire into investment environment in Vietnam.
This was part of the Russell 20-20 Association delegation’s five-day tour of Vietnam beginning on Oct. 28 with the aim of learning more about local political, economic and cultural environment in addition to exploring investment opportunities.
The meeting, co-organised by the APEC Business Advisory Council and the Saigon Investment Group in Ho Chi Minh City on Oct. 29, also brought together leaders of 16 cities and provinces in the south of Vietnam .
Founded in 1990, the Russell 20-20 Association is an independent and non-profit association comprising financial institutions with a total assets amounting to 12 trillion USD.
Each year, the Russell 20-20 chooses to visit two major emerging markets around the world to examine the investment climate and inquire into investment opportunities.
