The 22 hectare plant will be equipped with the most modern technologies in Southeast Asia, according to the news website of national radio broadcaster Voice of Vietnam (VOV).
TH Milk General Director Tran Bao Minh said the project will help turn Nghia Dan District into the largest animal husbandry area in the country and even in the region.
