Reduce 30% of CIT for enterprises

Viipip.com - Minister of Finance (MF) has just had a meeting about the circular draft guiding on tax benefits. According to this circular, enterprises which are reduced tax, have to present business registration license where exposed their own capital of less VND 10 bil and number of employees under 300 people. It is estimated that MF will give detailed guides in the mid of this month.
In last quarter of 2008 and 2009, MF has started cutting down 30% income tax for small and medium business. The remain of 70% will be partly refund until September of 2009. This is one of methods of Government aiming to motivate investment into Vietnam.
