1. VIETNAM IS THE FIRST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD TO HAVE A "CHAIRMAN OF COUNTRY"

The judicial office is held by the Court and Procuracy, has the close supervision of the National Assembly and is accountable to the National Assembly. The State President plays the role of Head of State, in addition to the management of the State, there is also a management from the Party, State agencies, the Party has a relationship of binding, controlling and restraining each other, nowhere. really has absolute power. Even for the Party, collectivism is also appreciated, the minority must submit to the majority, no individual can make exclusive decisions.
