The Prime Minister has just approved the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment on adjusting and supplementing the development planning of industrial zones in Bac Giang province.

Specifically, Bac Giang added new industrial parks: Yen Lu Industrial Park with an area of ​​377 hectares in Yen Lu and Nham Son communes, Yen Dung district; Yen Son - Bac Lung industrial park with an area of ​​300 ha in Yen Son and Bac Lung communes, Luc Nam district; Tan Hung Industrial Park with an area of ​​105.3 ha in Tan Hung and Xuong Lam communes, Lang Giang district.

In addition, the Prime Minister also agreed to expand industrial parks, including: Quang Chau Industrial Park with an additional area of ​​90 hectares in Neh town and Quang Chau, Van Trung and Viet Yen communes; Hoa Phu industrial park with an additional area of ​​85 hectares in Mai Dinh and Huong Lam communes, Hiep Hoa district; Viet Han Industrial Park with an additional area of ​​148 hectares in Hong Thai and Tang Tien communes and Neh town, Viet Yen district.

The Prime Minister requested the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province to manage, use, convert land use purposes and select investors to implement projects on land areas outside the industrial zone planning according to regulations of the Government. law; ensure the conditions, order and procedures for land allocation, land lease, permission to change the land use purpose as prescribed by law, without causing loss of state property; ensure the harmonization of the interests of related parties when converting the industrial park land with compensation for ground clearance to other land development; public and transparent implementation; no complaints or lawsuits; projects are only implemented after being approved by competent authorities.
