Real Estate - New circular on charter capital in VN

(Dated Aug 30th 2008) Vietnam Ministry of Construction in Ha Hoi passed circular on guide of charter capital definition for real estate business transaction.
Traders, who want to make a real estate business registration and to do any transactions, must have at least registered VND 6 billion (equal to USD 400.000). Meanwhile, enterprises that have had real asset trading licenses, must increase charter capital up to VND 6 billion in order to keep on trading in this field.
