The implementation progress of these two projects is 24 months from the time of issuing the decision on investment policy, the operation period of 50 years. Representatives of the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province said that these projects will enjoy preferential treatment for land rent, corporate income tax, and import tax according to regulations.

Recently, at the end of December 2020, the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province also agreed to the policy of Hoang Son Energy Investment, Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company to study and survey wind measurement to set up wind power projects in the district. Specifically, in Ea Hiao commune (Ea H’leo district) and Cu Klong commune (Krong Nang district), Hoang Son enterprise surveyed and measured wind on an area of ​​2,735 ha, set up a wind power project with an expected capacity of 180MW. . In Ea Sol commune (Ea H’leo district), Hoang Son surveyed wind measurement with an area of ​​6,350ha, plant scale 500MW. In Cu A Mung commune (Ea H’leo district), the wind measurement enterprise has an area of ​​4,794ha and the plant scale is 150 MW. In Cu Kbo commune (Krong Buk district) and Ea Ho commune (Krong Nang district), the enterprise measured wind on an area of ​​2,602.4 ha, with a plant scale of 100MW.

In October 2020, the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province also agreed to the policy for Hoang Son Company to have been surveyed, studied and prepared for a project proposal for a solar power plant project on Ea Sup Ha Lake, Ea Sup district.

Accordingly, investors will survey on an area of ​​120ha, of which 118ha of water surface, 2ha of land in the territory of Cu Mlan commune and Ea Sup town. This area has no natural forest, does not affect security and defense and does not overlap with other projects.
