Pursuant to the Labour Code dated 23 June 1994 and Decree No.195/CP dated 31 December 1994 stipulating in detail and guiding the implementation of a number of Articles of the Labour Code relating to working hours and rest time, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992; Proceeding from the Labor Code on the 23rd of June 1994;

Labour is the most important activity of man. It creates the material wealth and spiritual values of society. High-productivity, high-quality and high-efficiency Labour is the determinant factor of national development.

To amend the preferential import duty rates for a number of mechanical, electric and electronic components, parts and accessories in the Preferential Import Table of rates, promulgated together with Decision No. 39/2006/QD-BTC of July 28, 2006, and other amending and supplementing decisions of the Finance Minister into the new ones in the List enclosed with this Decision.
